Due to COVID 19, there was an extrodinary summit of ministers of the Spanish government yesteray, and one of the measures to counterrest the negative impact that COVID has had on the Spanish economy, they have finally decided to pass the improvements on Spanish tax incentives.
- the percentage has been increased from 20 to 30% on the first million € spent, 25% for the rest of local spent
- the cap on the return has been raised from three to ten million Euros
So this allows for budgets of up to almost 40 million € qualifyable spent.
